• Supports GCSD families in accessing resources both in and out of Greece Central School District including: health, education, human services and others.
• Provides onsite resources including a food pantry and clothing closet.
• Offers in-person assistance in identifying needs and priorities, finding services, understanding eligibility for programs, and connecting with providers.
• Connects families to counselors, social workers, and administration at Longridge Elementary School.
• Provides access to and can assist in creating and navigating MyWayFinder accounts.

Eligibility: Households with children attending Greece Central School District Longridge Elementary School.
Application Process: Call or create referral in MyWayFinder to schedule an appointment.
