- Adult educational supports
- Communication, social skills, and leisure skills
- Money management
- Positive behavioral support
- Life safety, hands-on-assistance provided by staff as necessary
- Professional services as necessary
- Self-advocacy
- Informed choice, community inclusion, and relationship building
Eligibility: Individuals with a developmental disability and who have been approved for eligibility through OPWDD and are HCBS waiver-enrolled. Call for more information.

Fees: Must be Medicaid-eligible.
