Person In Crisis Team
thru: Rochester Department of Recreation and Human Services
• Responds in person to mental health, domestic violence and other related crises.
- Intakes are accepted on a case by case basis and determined by the availability of the team.
Language Access
Eligibility: Crisis occurring in the area served. Ages 5-17 must be referred by 3rd party (guardian, agency, school and must be capable of remaining with the minor until the team arrives). Individual in need cannot be intoxicated.
Application Process: Call for information.
Required Documentation: None.
Fees: No fee for service.
