Eligibility: Ages 55 years and older or 18 years and older with disabilities. Must meet income requirements.
Application Process: Call for appointment or walk in.
Required Documentation: Verification of income, assets, citizenship, SS#, age or disability, 2 years of landlord references, proof of previous address, photo ID, criminal and credit checks done after application.
Fees: Rent is 30% of income, call for information.
Coverage Note: Cayuga, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Seneca and Wayne Counties.
