Rapid Relocation
thru: Community Resource Collaborative
• Provides immediate help to young adults (ages 18-24) in serious danger from violence. Services include:
- Rapid relocation to a safe place.
- Finding long-term housing.
- Connecting individuals to additional community support.
- Financial assistance to become self-sufficient.
Eligibility: Monroe County residents, ages 18-24, facing mortal danger with no safe place to reside.
Application Process: Most referrals come through Rise Up Rochester and 585SNUG. If you do not qualify for those call or text.
Required Documentation: None.
Fees: No fee for services.
