  • Medicare Discharge Appeals: helps Medicare beneficiaries file an appeal to dispute their discharge from a hospital or other healthcare setting.
  • Quality of Care Complaints: provides case review services on behalf of Medicare beneficiaries who wish to file a formal complaint about the quality of their care.
  • Immediate Advocacy: helps Medicare beneficiaries resolve issues relating to their care.

Eligibility: Medicare beneficiaries, or family members, caregivers, or advocates of a Medicare beneficiary.
