- Transport chairs.
- Knee walkers.
- Rollators available for loans up to four months.
- Walkers.
- Commodes.
- Crutches.
- Canes.
- Shower benches and transfer benches-subject to availability.
Eligibility: Must be able to pick up and return borrowed equipment.
Application Process: Call to determine availability of equipment.
Required Documentation: None.
Fees: Wheelchairs, transport chairs, knee walkers, rollators require $25 deposit (cash or check) which is refunded upon return of the item. Other equipment loans: no fee for service.
Coverage Note: Monroe, Livingston, Genesee, Wyoming, Seneca, Yates, Ontario and Wayne Counties. Will serve anyone in need regardless of residence.
