• Performs skilled personal care services and daily household tasks for those recuperating from acute illness or with long term disabilities. Services may include:
- Bathing.
- Cleaning of teeth or dentures.
- Foot Care/Nail Care. (Clean & file only)
- Toileting/ Incontinent Care: bedpan, commode, or toilet use.
- Take temperature, pulse, respirations, and record.
- Measure intake/output.
- Assist with household equipment geared to disabilities.
- Range of Motion Exercises.
- Change non-sterile dressings.
- Assist with meal preparation, specialized diets and nutritional support.
Eligibility: Seniors, the frail, elderly, ill and disabled residents.
