Readjustment Counseling Services

• Offers a wide range of services to eligible veterans and their families in the effort to make a successful transition from military to civilian life. Services offered:
- Individual and group counseling
- Family counseling for military related issues
- Bereavement counseling
- Military sexual trauma
- Coping with deployments
- Community education
- Outreach
- Referrals
Eligibility: Resident of area served. Veterans, active duty service members, including National Guard and Reserve components, and their families.
Application Process: Walk-in or call for an appointment. Call for information or visit website.
Required Documentation: DD 214 (Military Discharge Document). Active Duty, Guard, Reserves: Military ID.
Fees: No fee for services.
Coverage Note: Seneca, Oneida, Madison, Onondaga, Cayuga, Oswego, Eastern Part of Wayne Counties.
