• Provides comprehensive phone and internet-based crisis intervention for youth and their families that includes:
- Conference calls to emergency shelters, transitional living programs, and parents
- Mediates discussions between the youth and adult
- Runaway education and prevention materials
- Provides online chat services and crisis email

Eligibility: Hotline: Ages under 21 years and families. Home Free: Ages 12-21 years.
Application Process: Home Free: call hotline to see if youth qualifies.
Required Documentation: None for Hotline. Home Free requires verifiable documentation. Call for information.
Fees: No fee for service.
Coverage Note: United States. Includes Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam.
