• Provides health services at no cost, including:
- Physical exam (fulfillment of employment/work/school and PPD placement for TB testing)
- Acute care visits
- Health education and preventative medicine
- Referrals to primary care physicians and free cancer screenings
- Flu shot available during flu season
- To take home: Pregnancy tests, condoms and contraceptive information (do not offer pregnancy related care)
- Connection to Rochester area resources and smoking cessation services
Language Access
Eligibility: Age 18 and older.
Application Process: Visit website or email to schedule an appointment. Will accept walk ins if there is room on the schedule.
