Community Support Services
thru: Family Counseling Service of the Finger Lakes
• Provides customized training, change of name/status, court accompaniment, transportation to services, and connection to resources and custom supplies. Specialized groups are available to youth, adults, and family members to create connection, community, and support.
Eligibility: Ages 10 and older, all gender expressions, LGBTQ+ youth, adults, and allies.

Required Documentation: None.
Fees: No fee for services.
Coverage Note: Monroe, Ontario, Seneca, Wayne, and Yates counties.
