Advocacy and Case Management Services


* Provides advocacy and public policy services on aging in the LGBT community.

* Offers in person support services to the New York City area.
  • LGBT senior centers.
  • Caregiver support.
  • Community services and programs.
  • Individual therapy, group therapy.

Eligibility: 60 years of age or older. 50 years of age or older if HIV+.

Application Process: Call for information.

Fees: No fee for service.

United States for advocacy. New York City area for in-person support services.


SAGE offers programs and services for older people in the LGBT community, provides technical assistance and training to expand opportunities for LGBT elders across the country, and provides a national voice on LGBT aging issues.
