Health Insurance Counseling and Assistance Program
thru: Wayne County Department of Aging and Youth
• Assists individuals of any age with Medicare or applying for Medicare insurance to understand their options, enroll in coverage, or trouble-shoot any issues.
- Monthly Medicare 101 classes are offered for free. See website for dates and times.

Application Process: Call, visit website, schedule an appointment, or walk-in.
Required Documentation: Medicare Card.
Fees: No fee for services. Contributions accepted.
