• Provides foster care services.
- Temporary placement for children at-risk.
- Foster parent recruitment.
- Foster parent training and certification.
• Offers adoption services.
- Certification of prospective adoptive families.
- Places children in DSS foster care with adoptive families.
Eligibility: Call for information.
Application Process: Certification by the Department of Social Services according to New York State regulations. Complete pre-certification training program. Cooperate with a background investigation. Annual homestudy update and recertification.

Fees: No fees for services except for attorney fees.
