• Provides Fiscal Intermediary Services that can include help with:
- Recruiting and hiring staff
- Training staff
- Managing staff payroll
- Keeping track of a budget and expenses
- Brainstorming and problem-solving ways to pay for needs
- Service documentation and Medicaid billing

Eligibility: Must be eligible for OPWDD services and approved for self-direction.
Application Process: A referral packet is completed by your Care Manager. Call for information.

Fees: Medicaid.
Coverage Note: Monroe, Chemung, Erie, Genesee, Livingston, Niagara, Ontario, Orleans, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Wayne, Wyoming, and Yates Counties.
