• Provides home-based peer education at no cost on topics such as reproductive life planning, healthy pregnancies, breastfeeding, and birth control.
• Provides breastfeeding support by Certified Lactation Counselors.
• Provides breastfeeding support by Certified Lactation Counselors.
Eligibility: Any female of reproductive age or caregiver to a newborn.
Application Process: Agencies can request a referral form and/or call main office. Livingston County residents can self refer at: www.livingstoncounty.us/829/Community-Health-Worker.
