• Provides education on pregnancy, nutrition, labor, delivery, infant care, growth and development, breastfeeding, etc.
- Case management
- Locating a physician
- Accessing Medicaid, WIC, other services
Eligibility: Pregnant women of any age and/or newborn/infants.
Application Process: Call for information. Self referral, agency referral, physicians.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: Medicaid. Low income guidelines.
