thru: The Arc Wayne
• Provides residential services to adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) in 24-hour staff supervised homes as well as a supportive apartment program.
Eligibility: Must be 18 years and older. Persons with developmental disabilities.

Required Documentation: Medicaid.
Fees: Call for information.
