• Provides apartments and townhouses for seniors, the disabled, and families.
Eligibility: Eligible U.S. citizens or non-citizens with eligible status. For 1 bedroom units: Age 62 or older or, permanent disability/handicap. For 3 bedroom town homes: need a minimum occupancy of 3 people. Income and other restrictions do apply. Please contact rental office for details.

Required Documentation: Proof of Income, assets, eligible immigration status will be verified along with credits reports, and/or Landlord-tenant history, and criminal record searches.
Fees: No fee for services.
Coverage Note: Cayuga, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Seneca and Wayne Counties.
