Transitional Housing
thru: The Center for Youth Services
• Provides financial support to youth residing in a Transitional Living Program apartment for up to 18 months.
• Receives specialized case management, referrals, resources and support to set and accomplish their goals.
Eligibility: Homeless youth ages 16-21 years.
Application Process: Call for information.
Required Documentation: None.
Fees: No fee for services.
