- Once weekly shopping to Hudson-Titus Plaza.
Medical equipment loans.
- Canes, commodes, bath chairs, raised toilet seats, crutches, walkers,wheelchairs. Wheelchairs may be borrowed for up to two months. All other equipment may be borrowed for up to 90 days.
Health and nutrition information.
"Life in Irondequoit".
- Casework services for frail, elderly members of the program.
Emergency Food Delivery.

Eligibility: Age 50 or older. "Life in Irondequoit": Resident of the Town of Irondequoit. Medical equipment loans: Resident of the Town of Irondequoit to borrow a wheelchair.

Fees: By donation. Wheelchair loan: $50 deposit. Transportation: $2.00 round trip. Lunch: $3.00 a day.
