Union Square

Eligibility: Clients must be currently homeless/at risk of eviction. Must also be over the age of 55 or HIV positive (or all of the above). Program is for individuals only (no families). Must be willing to move to Rochester building.

Application Process: Free to apply. Must have referral from case manager, shelter staff, clinical staff or other. Call for more information.

Required Documentation: No documents for initial screening. Proof of income and social security number if accepted.

Fees: If accepted, 30% of monthly income is due for rent. Remaining percent is covered by the agency.
