Eligibility: Ages 18 years and older. Those who are not medically or financially eligible are referred to other service providers.
Application Process: Call for information. If experiencing withdrawal symptoms, caller should go to Highland Hospital emergency department for assistance and possible next day admission to New Focus

Fees: Third Party Insurance. Medicaid. Medicare. Self-pay: determined case by case. Preferred Care not accepted.
Coverage Note: Monroe, Livingston, Ontario, Genesee, Orleans and Wayne Counties.
