Food Pantry
thru: Greece Ecumenical Food Shelf and Clothing Closet, Inc.
• Operates an emergency food pantry. After phone interview, eligible individuals may visit the pantry to select their food. Delivery is available for those who are ill or who lack transportation.
- Food available includes a variety of canned and shelf staple foods, cereal, fresh eggs, frozen meat, and fresh fruit and vegetables as well as pet food.
- Can also offer diapers and baby formula to recipients of emergency food.
- Thanksgiving food gift cards during holiday season for clients only.
Language Access
Eligibility: Resident of Greece or Charlotte.
Application Process: Call agency for verification of need and residency requirements. Phone interview.
Required Documentation: Proof of address required (driver's license or utility bill).
Fees: No fee for service.
