• Provides diapers, blankets, and Pack-n-Plays.
Eligibility: Mothers of newborns in area served.
Application Process: Must have a referral from a medical provider, case manager/social worker, church, school or any organization working with the client. No self-referrals. If no referral call the Parish to obtain one.
Required Documentation: None.
Fees: No fee for services.
