• Provides support to expecting parents and parents of a newborn baby through referrals to community resources as well as a voluntary home visitation service. Family support workers provide:
- Prenatal and postnatal information
- Child development assessment and information
- Parenting skills information
- Goal setting support encouraging self-sufficiency

Eligibility: Must be pregnant or have newborn.
Application Process: By appointment, referral from agency, email, phone or walk-in.
Required Documentation: None.
Fees: No fee for services.

Languages: Spanish- Staff provides in-person interpreter, Website can be translated
