Domestic Violence Intervention Program
thru: Community Action Programs Cayuga/Seneca
• Assists victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, and their children to attain a life free of violence.
- Safe, temporary shelter, advocacy, safety planning assistance, supportive counseling, survivors support group, children’s group, and educational presentations.
- Assistance applying for financial assistance to help with medical bills, lost wages, and counseling expenses related to the crime through the Victim Compensation Claims Assistance.
- Helps victims navigate the legal system through Court Advocacy/Victim Assistance.
