• Provides assessment, counseling and therapy for individuals with disabilities as well as the general population, including:
- Nursing
- Speech
- Social Work
- Nutrition
- Occupational Therapy
- Physical Therapy
- Special Medical Assessment
Eligibility: Individuals with developmental disabilities and general population.

Fees: Third Party Insurance. Sliding scale based on income.
Coverage Note: Genesee, Niagara, Orleans and Wayne Counties.
