- Assistance with maintaining employment.
- Long-term, follow-along services.

Application Process: Processed through ACCES-VR, Community Mental Health Centers, Private therapists, Physicians/Clinics.

Fees: Funding available through the NYS Office Adult Career and Continuing Education Services - Vocational Rehabilitation (ACCES-VR).
