thru: Action for A Better Community
• Offers an Adult Mentoring Program geared to provide support and encouragement to participants through coaching, maximizing their potential, enhancing or developing skills to attain economic independence.
Eligibility: Age 18 or older, US citizen or permanent resident, resident of area served, able and willing to work full time, household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guideline, not previously enrolled in Bridges.
Application Process: Call for an appointment.
Required Documentation: ID, proof of address, income verification.
Fees: No fee for services.
