• Offers a work preparation program for individuals who have struggled to find work due to previous or current incarceration, substance use disorders or chronic unemployment.
• Provides a 90 day training. Trainees learn and practice basic work expectations, woodworking, welding in a live production environment.
• Conducts a job search with a Placement Advisor.
• Offers stabilization services to individuals who are currently incarcerated to begin work training upon release.

Eligibility: Individuals struggling to find employment due to previous/current incarceration, addiction, individuals receiving DHS services or chronic unemployment. Must be available to participate.
