• Provides a college and career readiness program that offers:
- Middle and high school students academic support
- Social-emotional mentorship
- Job readiness training and placement to prepare them for post-graduation success
Eligibility: Attend a traditional public or charter school in Rochester grades 6-12.
Application Process: Submit an online or paper application.
Required Documentation: Student report card and application.
Fees: No fees for services.
