Crime Stoppers Program
thru: Rochester Police Department
• Accepts anonymous crime reports.
- Cash rewards for tips leading to the arrest and indictment of the suspect.
- Crime stopper reporters are given "tip numbers" to insure anonymity.
- They are instructed to call back on "pay-out day" to see if a cash reward has been won.
Eligibility: The term Crime Stoppers must always be used or the reward will not be paid.

Fees: No fee for services.
