Enriched Housing Program
thru: Family Service Communities
• Offers enriched housing for older adults who are independent but may require assistance. Services include:
- Housekeeping, personal care, meals, case management, recreation, financial assistance.
- Services are provided at Danforth Towers, Jonathan Child Apartments, Hudson Ridge Apartments, and the Northfield.
Eligibility: Age 55 or older. Require support services to remain independent. Qualify through a medical-social evaluation. City properties: income eligibility guidelines.
