• Provides legal representation to individuals in Criminal Court, and Family Court proceedings.
- Advocates for the protection of the constitutional rights of its clients.
- Contributes to the efficient and effective operation of the criminal justice system in Monroe County where appropriate, advocates and works toward achieving results that have the greatest likelihood to help rehabilitate clients.

Eligibility: Ages 16 years or older. Unable to afford private representation. Call for information.
Application Process: Referrals through the courts. Available at the request of the defendant. Call for information.
Required Documentation: Call for information. If under 18 years of age income of parent.
Fees: No fees for service. Except as ordered by the court when a person is able to pay a nominal fee.
