• Gives information about job rights and criminal record, how to apply for jobs successfully, do well in interviews, and get Certificates of Relief/Good Conduct.
• Helps with applying for a Certificate of Rehabilitation, if needed.
• Suggests other places to get help, like clothes for work, emergency food, or services for finding a job, like coaching, training/schooling, bus tickets, and job placement.

Cultural Competency
Eligibility: Anyone who has ever been arrested and needs to know about their employment rights and/or their rights to an education if they have been involved in the criminal justice system.
Application Process: Call the office. Caller will participate in a brief phone interview.
Required Documentation: Photo ID.
Fees: No fee for services.
