• Provides a therapeutic riding (TR) program in which individuals with physical, emotional, mental, or social challenges interact with horses both on the ground and in the saddle.

Language Access

Eligibility: A rider weight limit of 215 pounds has been established to preserve the health of our Equine Team Members. Riders will be weighed during their initial evaluation. For those who exceed this weight limit, but still wish to interact with horses, we offer Horsemanship/Groundwork program in which the participants work with horses in a non-riding capacity.

Required Documentation: Rider Registration/Application Form, Liability/Photo/Video Release Form, Annual Doctor/NP Recommendation Form. All of these forms are available on our website.

Fees: Initial interview and evaluation are $20. Lessons are $40 each, and bundled into a 6 ($240) or 8 week ($320) session for which payments are required prior to the beginning of the session.

Coverage Note: Mainly serves Ontario and Yates Counties, however anyone is welcome to participate in the program.
