Educates on community resources for a wide range of mental health concerns. Does not provide referrals to private therapists or any direct services. 

Eligibility: Adult SPOA: Must have eligible diagnosis and need. Child SPOA: Must have eligible diagnosis and need. Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT): Must meet legal criteria set forth in Mental Hygiene Law 9.60.

Fees: No fee for services.
