Harm Reduction Services
• Provides a Syringe Service program serving the Finger Lakes Region. The program is free, anonymous, and largely operates on a walk-in only basis. Delivery services are available with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Sterile syringes and works (caps, cottons, sterile water).
- Safer injection education.
- Harm reduction counseling/education.
- Delivery syringe services/ Peer Delivered Syringe Exchange.
- Opioid Overdose Prevention training.
- Free Narcan (Naloxone).
- Safe disposal of used or unwanted syringes.
- Same day/24hr Suboxone or other MAT start.
- Same day rapid testing for HIV/ Hepatitis C/ Syphilis.
- Gonorrhea/ Chlamydia swab testing (not rapid).
- Hygiene supplies.
- Syringe litter pickup.
- Outreach and community engagemen.
