- HIV, STIs, Hepatitis C (HCV).
- Substance use.
- Teen pregnancy.
- Inclusive reproductive and sexual health.
- Parent resources and education within participating schools.

Eligibility: Ages 12 to 22.
Application Process: Call for appointment.
Required Documentation: None.
Fees: No fee for services.
Coverage Note: Cayuga, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, and St. Lawrence Counties.
Cultural Competency: Signage and advertising for diverse populations, Cultural competency, diversity, equity, and inclusion training for staff
Languages: English- Staff provides service in language offered, Language line
