Harm Reduction Services

Provides a Syringe Service program serving the Finger Lakes Region. The program is free, anonymous, and largely operates on a walk-in only basis. Delivery services are available with at least 24 hours’ notice.                             
  • Sterile syringes and works (caps, cottons, sterile water).
  • Safer injection education.
  • Harm reduction counseling/education.
  • Delivery syringe services/ Peer Delivered Syringe Exchange.
  • Opioid Overdose Prevention training.
  • Free Narcan (Naloxone).
  • Safe disposal of used or unwanted syringes.
  • Same day/24hr  Suboxone or other MAT start.
  • Same day rapid testing for HIV/ Hepatitis C/ Syphilis.
  • Gonorrhea/ Chlamydia swab testing (not rapid).
  • Hygiene supplies.
  • Syringe litter pickup.
  • Outreach and community engagemen.
Offers linkages to other forms of care, including care management, medical care, substance use counseling and treatment, and other supportive services.

Application Process: Registration for syringe exchange required, call or walk-in for information.
