• Provides a Syringe Service program serving the Finger Lakes Region. The program is free, anonymous, and largely operates on a walk-in only basis. Delivery services are available with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Sterile syringes and works (caps, cottons, sterile water).
Safer injection education.
Harm reduction counseling/education.
Delivery syringe services/ Peer Delivered Syringe Exchange.
Opioid Overdose Prevention training.
Free Narcan (Naloxone).
Safe disposal of used or unwanted syringes.
Same day/24hr Suboxone or other MAT start.
Same day rapid testing for HIV/ Hepatitis C/ Syphilis.
Gonorrhea/ Chlamydia swab testing (not rapid).
Hygiene supplies.
Syringe litter pickup.
Outreach and community engagemen.

• Offers linkages to other forms of care, including care management, medical care, substance use counseling and treatment, and other supportive services.
