• Provides HIV, STD, and Hepatitis C prevention, testing and education services. Individual counseling, referral to health care and supportive services, and family stabilization services.

Eligibility: Living with HIV or engaging in risk behaviors for HIV, STIs, and viral hepatitis.
Application Process: By appointment or walk in.
Required Documentation: If living with HIV, proof of HIV status.
Fees: No fee for services.
