• Offers Reentry and substance abuse support groups.

• Provides Community development programs:

• Provides case management.

Offers free NYS ID, Birth certificates, and Social Security Cards for participating clients.

• Offers Employment readiness programs.

Eligibility: Recently released from jail or prison; or struggling with substance use disorder. Resident of area served. 21 years and older.

Application Process: Call for information. For ID program must be a participant.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: No fee for services.
