Health Insurance, Information, Counseling and Assistance Program (HIICAP)

• Provides clients with information on Medicare A, B and D, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement (Medigap), NYS EPIC (Elderly Pharmaceutical Insurance Coverage) through workshops and one-on-one appointments by phone or in person.
