- Information and assistance regarding health insurance programs
- Assistance filling out forms
- Programs to identify health care waste, fraud and abuse
- Elderly Pharmaceutical Insurance Coverage/EPIC prescription assistance program
• Services provided on behalf of Office for the Aging by Lifespan of Greater Rochester Inc.
