Eligibility: Must reside in area served. Anyone living on the North side of Ridge Rd (Rt. 104), between west side Sweden Walker Road (Rt. 260) , to east side Redman Road north to Lake Ontario.
Application Process: Call to make an appointment.
Required Documentation: Valid photo ID and a current (within 30 days) piece of mail.
Fees: No fee for services.
