• Provides overnight accommodations in shelter apartments for homeless families.
- Case Manager works remotely and in person with families to provide casework assistance, job search, and enrollment in community programs.
- Eviction prevention services.
- Limited transportation provided to appointments.
Eligibility: Ontario County families with children ages 18 and under. Drug-and alcohol-free program, no active domestic violence, untreated substance use disorder, or untreated mental health concerns. Will agree to background check.
Application Process: Accepts referrals from schools, DSS, churches, or self-referral. Families in need can call. Need an appointment, call 585-905-3988.
