Children's Detention Center Program
thru: Monroe County Department of Human Services
• Provides detention services to ensure child's availability for an appearance in Family Court or to prevent child from continuing to perform criminal acts.
• Provision of or arrangement for appropriate counseling, medical, psychiatric, educational, recreational and spiritual services for children as needed.
Language Access
Eligibility: Age 10-18. Alleged juvenile delinquent or juvenile offender awaiting Family Court or Criminal Court action.
Application Process: Referral through Family Court, police or probation department.
